Entity Aliases
Customize the names of basic voting entities like Position, Candidate, Group, and Voter.
Give Position, Candidate, Group and Voter aliases like Office, Aspirant, Faculty and Student.
Aliasing is one of the most outstanding feature we provide.
With the ability to customize the name of these basic voting entities (position, candidate, group and voter), the mind is only the limit as several combinations can be achieved.
List of All Available Alias Options
- Position
- Candidate
- Group
- Voter
- Voter ID
Adding an Alias
- Visit your Dashboard
- Select the Voting Event OR Poll
- Navigate to Update PCPV Aliases Panel
- FILL IN the appropriate alias of choice
- Then Click the UPDATE Button
Update PCPV Aliases
Voter ID Alias
The Voter ID Alias is our most recently introduced Alias which serves as an indication to Voters at the Login Form.
Please provide STAFF ID as Voter ID
Voter ID Examples
The Voter ID is a unique Identification for each Voter in an Voting Event. which can be:
- STAFF ID
- MATRIC NO
- TELEPHONE / MOBILE NUMBER
- etc.
