Download Voting Result

Pepvote lets you download the voting event result as a PDF from the dashboard result page.

Where to download it

Open the voting event Result page in the dashboard and click Download PDF.

What Pepvote exports

The PDF export is generated from the result page content, including:

• Result statistics
• Position-by-position result breakdown
• The current result view shown on the page

How the PDF export works

When you click Download PDF:

• Pepvote prepares the result page for printing
• The browser print flow opens
• The file title uses the voting event title followed by - Result

Action buttons and toggle controls are removed from the print layout so the exported PDF stays focused on the result content.

Good practice

Before downloading:

• Confirm the result breakdown is showing the view you want
• Run Recount Votes first if you need to refresh the stats
• If your plan supports it, apply any date filters before exporting
