Data areas you can manage

• Positions
• Parties (when Party Mode is enabled)

Each area supports add, edit, delete, import, and export workflows (subject to role permissions).

Candidate and voter approvals

Approvals are important for clean elections:

• Only approved candidates should be available on ballots.
• Only approved voters can cast votes.

Batch approve/unapprove actions are available in candidates and voters tables.

Import and export workflow

PepVote supports CSV/Excel-based imports for bulk setup.

Typical pattern:

1. Prepare your data.
2. Use import sheets in each tab.
3. Review imported records.
4. Approve where necessary.
5. Export for verification and archival.

Alias support for non-standard election language

You can rename labels to match your election context:

• Position alias
• Party alias
• Candidate alias
• Voter alias
• Voter ID alias

This helps organizations run elections using familiar terms.
