If your candidates run under a party or a house, you can now show the result that way.

Turn on the switch in Result Settings and each position shows one row per group with the group's combined tally, its members listed underneath, and each member's share beside their name. It carries through to the public result page and the PDF.

See it on the student election demo, where candidates are grouped by faculty.

This only changes how the result is presented. The count, the records, and your exports stay exactly as they were.

Type two letters and the support center gives you a handful of results instead of half the site.

It understands word endings, so searching "vote" also finds voting and voters, and it puts pages from the section you are already reading at the top.

The email you get after creating an event now opens with a button to that event's Getting started checklist.

Under it sits a short list of features worth trying, with a note about which ones your plan and event type cover.

If your members already live in your own portal, app, or intranet, you can run the election there.

Create the event, add candidates and voters, open and close voting, collect votes, take payments, and pull results, all through the API. Create a key from your profile and give it only the access it needs: read, write, or vote. A request that gets sent twice will not charge twice or count a vote twice, and you can look back over the last 30 days of requests whenever you need to check what happened.

Big election coming and only one chance to get it right? Switch on test mode and practise on the real thing.

Nothing is charged. Test data is labelled wherever it appears. PDFs come out watermarked. The "voting has started" announcement stays put and rehearsal invites are slowed down, so nobody is emailed by accident.

When you are happy, one click clears the rehearsal and your event starts clean. Every dialog tells you exactly what it will do before you confirm.

Switch between events from the top without going back to a list, and watch for the dot that appears when registrations are waiting on your review. Getting started and Demos have pages of their own, and templates open from the sidebar wherever you are.

Upgrading a plan or raising your voter limit now opens a card form with the product and the amount in front of you before you pay. Nigerian cards go through Paystack.

Payout onboarding, pay to vote, pay to register, and quadratic credits are open to everyone now too.

For a congress floor, a campus hall, or an AGM where voting happens in person, set up a voting center with a location and a radius. Members outside it cannot open the ballot.

Every vote records which center it came from, and Insights breaks the totals down center by center, so you can see how each venue turned out. Comes with the For Organizations plan.

Pick the kind of event you are running and a short guided form sets up the positions and settings that usually go with it. No blank page.

Results are yours to shape too. Choose how many candidates to show and both the page and the PDF respect it. PDFs are tighter to read, combined and single results look the same, and a new figure shows how much of the ballot your members actually completed. Merging results no longer insists every event in the combination is the same type.

A paid vote, a paid candidate registration, or a credit top-up is now recorded on your event the moment the payment clears, and a confirmation that arrives twice is never counted twice.

A result page full of long tables is hard to announce from. Each position now opens with its leading three candidates, a chart, and coloured bars, and the full table is one tap away.

The headline numbers sit above the position list, you can export a branded PDF for your records, and a ranked contest can be read round by round. Payment figures stay off the public page.

Signing up, resetting a password, or sending a Talk to Sales message could quietly do nothing if the security check had not finished yet.

The check now shows itself and the form waits for it, so you always know where you stand.

Constitutions do not agree on how to count a ranked ballot, so you now choose per position. Instant-runoff for a single seat. Single transferable vote when you are filling several, with your seat count and quota. Borda with your own point schema.

When a result is questioned you can show your working. Every round is there: which votes moved and where they went, the quota, how much of the vote is still live, how much is exhausted, and any tie still to be broken. The rule you chose is named on every label and travels with your imports and exports.

Your returning officer declares the result, not your software.

Results now show the counts and the shares and nothing more. No winner badge, no candidate marked as elected. Counting honestly is our job. Declaring the outcome under your own constitution is yours.

Signing in now opens on your recent voting events and a chart of voting across the last 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days, with voter counts and your busiest day and hour.

Registrations also carry a proper status: pending, approved, and not approved. Filter by it, and watch for the banner that tells you somebody is waiting on your review.

The country and region maps in Voting Insights now open straight away, even on a slow connection, and a newly supported country appears as soon as its boundaries are published.

Voting Insights charts votes over time by day or by hour, so you can see the surge after an announcement and the quiet before a deadline.

The map shows votes and voters by country and region. Click a country to open its regions and click back out again. Filter your vote log by country, and watch the whole thing move while voting is live. Comes with Starter and above.

On a ranked position your members put candidates in order of preference instead of picking just one.

The ballot is drag and drop, with a preview and a confirmation step before anything is cast, and ranking rules you set per position. Ranked votes show up in your exports and vote log like any other vote.

• See every payment on an event, filtered by status and purpose and searchable by reference. Who voted stays hidden.
• Your cookie choice now decides everything. Analytics follow it, you get a setting on your account, and ballots are never recorded.
• Take your data with you. Export your whole account as a ZIP, or ask us to delete it.
• Close candidate and voter registration at different times, with clear messages on the public pages either way.
• Spot an unusual connection. A public vote carries a note when the browser and the country do not line up. It never stops anyone voting.

Messages across the app also read more clearly and work properly with screen readers, and a member who loses eligibility part way through voting is told why instead of hitting a dead end.

If your members organise on Telegram, they can look up an event and vote right there without opening a browser.

Votes cast this way are marked as coming from Telegram in your logs, and anyone on an older client is handed to the browser instead.

Not every decision is one person, one pick. Four more voting methods are now available per position.

Approval lets a member back everyone they find acceptable. Score rates each candidate on a scale. Cumulative hands out a pool of votes to spread as they like. Quadratic gives each member a credit budget where piling votes on one candidate costs progressively more, with paid top-ups if you want them.

Each position carries its own selection rules, and your totals and result statistics follow the method you chose. The glossary explains what each one suits.

Settings that were scattered across the event now sit in one workspace, covering the ballot, voters, votes, your timeline, your plan, and pricing.

You can also change the email address on your account, with a confirmation step and a note to the old address.

Pay to vote and pay to register are no longer card-only through one provider.
