What is Pepvote?

Pepvote is an electronic voting platform for organizing and managing voting events end-to-end.
It is built for use cases like:
- School union voting events
- Department, faculty, and class voting events
- Association and board voting events
- Club and group voting events
- Award and nomination voting
Core voting event concepts
Voting Event
A voting event is the main container. It has a title, optional description, optional start/end time, and a unique voting event code.
Positions
A position is what people are voting for (for example, President, Treasurer, Best Designer).
Candidates
Candidates are people (or nominees) running for one or more positions.
Groups
Groups are optional groups for candidates. You can turn this on with Group Mode.
Voters
Voters are the people allowed to cast votes. Voters can be approved or unapproved.
Vote confirmation code
After voting, each voter gets one confirmation code that can be used to confirm their submitted votes.
