Core voting event concepts

Voting Event

A voting event is the main container. It has a title, optional description, optional start/end time, and a unique voting event code.

Positions

A position is what people are voting for (for example, President, Treasurer, Best Designer).

Candidates

Candidates are people (or nominees) running for one or more positions.

Groups

Groups are optional groups for candidates. You can turn this on with Group Mode.

Voters

Voters are the people allowed to cast votes. Voters can be approved or unapproved.

Vote confirmation code

After voting, each voter gets one confirmation code that can be used to confirm their submitted votes.

What Pepvote helps you control
