Quick answers to frequent support questions from election teams and voters.

Why can a voter not cast votes?

Check these first:

  • Election has not started yet
  • Election already ended
  • Voter is not approved
  • Voter already voted
  • Wrong election code or wrong voter key

Why is a candidate not showing on the ballot?

Possible reasons:

  • Candidate is not approved
  • Candidate is not assigned to that position
  • Candidate belongs to a different election

Why is result page not visible to some users?

Result visibility depends on:

  • Role permissions
  • Live Result setting
  • Publish Result setting
  • Election status (ongoing or ended)

Can we rename labels like Candidate and Position?

Yes. Use alias settings to rename election entities for your context.

Can we import participants in bulk?

Yes. Positions, parties, candidates, and voters can be imported in bulk through the dashboard import sheets.

Can we revoke election access after inviting someone?

Yes. You can revoke invites from the election invites table.

Can we export records after the election?

Yes. You can export voters, candidates, positions, parties, and votes (subject to permissions).
